ABOUT STACIE BURROWS
STACIE BURROWS is a Texas-born, NYC-trained, and LA-based writer and performer of comedy, music, and stories. The Scotsman calls her “Good Company.” Her solo shows have been called “punchy and to the point.” (The Reviews Hub London) Her music is “raw and heartfelt, creating a song that lingers long after the final note and underscores her talent as both a songwriter and storyteller.” (Louder than War)
No stranger to Edinburgh Festival Fringe, she recently received 5 **** from Rhys Reviews for her latest solo musical drama NO GOOD DRUNK. She premiered her solo dark comedy BULLETPROOF UNICORN at Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2022 and took her musical comedy LAUGHABLE to Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2024. The Scotsman called it “an ebullient act of musical comedy” and The Derek Awards gave it 4****.
She spent 10 years as 1/2 of the LA-based musical comedy duo MOMMY TONK and toured nationally with the storytelling show, EXPRESSING MOTHERHOOD. She has performed at Caroline’s on Broadway, Gotham Comedy Club NYC, The Comedy Store in Hollywood, Zanies Nashville, The House of Blues, Calgary Comedy Festival, Boston Comedy Festival and more. She was also a vocalist in a classic rock cover band in Topanga Canyon called KUMMERSPECK.
Stacie is the founder of Musebelle Productions based in Topanga Canyon, California. We are a team of makers & doers connecting artists to artists and art to audiences.
